Discipleship Ministry

FCFInternational's Essentials of Biblical Discipleship

The Fellowship of Christian Firefighters International desires to be obedient to Matthew 28:18-20. Through a year long process the International Office and the International Board members have developed a discipleship ministry for first responders. Our prayer is that each one of our members would pray about and seek out another first responder to disciple in the coming year. Through our efforts to be obedient to God's Word through discipleship, the fire service will begin to change in a positive way.

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. (Matthew 28:18:20 NKJV)

I felt that it was my responsibility to ensure that they were well prepared for their current position and future new positions.  Read More
